CONDITIONS OF USE

The „V-BuszON+ – Veszprém timetable” (hereinafter referred to as the „Application”) is owned by HC LINEAR Műszaki Fejlesztő Kft. (tax number: 10467701-2-02., registered office: 7624 Pécs, Hegedűs János utca 10. Cg: 02-09-060132, hereinafter referred to as HC LINEAR Kft.) and its operator is V-Busz Veszprémi Közlekedési Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (tax number: 26391546-2-19; registered office: 8200 Veszprém, Házgyári út 1.; company registration number: 19-09-519972) (hereinafter referred to as V-Busz Kft.).

These Terms of Use govern your download and use of the Application. By downloading the Application, you (hereinafter: User) accept and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use issued by HC LINEAR Ltd. and V-Busz Ltd:

1. Purpose of the Application
   Providing information to passengers using the local public bus passenger transport service provided by V-Busz Kft. in the territory of the City of Veszprém with County Rights (hereinafter referred to as the „Public Service„), including the provision of real-time timetable and vehicle movement data, the possibility of planning routes for the Public Service, and the display of news, information and notices related to the Public Service.
2. Privacy policy
   1. The use of the Application does not require the User to provide any personal data, the Application does not process any personal data.
   2. HC LINEAR Ltd. grants to the User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, non-transferable license to use a copy of the Application installed on the User’s device, subject to the application and full acceptance by the User of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
   3. The past, present and future contents of the Application, including but not limited to the structure, design, text, images, photographs, illustrations, compilations, graphics, advertising, databases, proprietary information, all copyright or other proprietary notices (including source and object codes) and all other proprietary notices, including but not limited to the copyright and other proprietary notices of HC LINEAR Ltd, and V-Bus Ltd., the Application itself, the layout, selection and sequence of elements within the Application, the main features of the structure of the Application, all trademarks, proprietary services, trade names, logos, domain names, patents and all other intellectual property (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as the Content or the Contents) are protected by proprietary and intellectual propertyrights.
   4. You acknowledge that you may use the Application only in accordance with its intended purpose, for its intended purpose and in compliance with the provisions of applicable law.
   5. By using the Application, the User does not acquire any intellectual property rights in the Application or the content available through the Application. The User shall not be entitled to use the content from the Application beyond what is provided for in these Terms of Use, unless the User has obtained a license from HC LINEAR Ltd. or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
   6. The User acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to copy, distribute, sell or rent, lease or lease the Application or any part thereof or the software included in the Application, nor is he/she entitled to reverse engineer the software or attempt to obtain the software source code. The User is prohibited from inserting any code or product into the Application in any way to manipulate the Content in any way, unless the User has obtained written permission from HC LINEAR Ltd. The User acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to copy, save or use any data or information accessible from the Application in a manner inconsistent with the intended use and purpose of the Application. The User further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to collect, organize, analyze or integrate the aforementioned data with other applications. Any unauthorized or unlawful use of the Application shall also give rise to civil and criminal liability of the User.
   7. V-Busz Kft. is entitled to send service announcements, administrative messages and other information to the User in connection with the use of the Application. By accepting these Terms of Use, the User expressly consents to V-Bus Ltd. sending such notices, messages and other information to the User.
   8. HC LINEAR Ltd. and V-Busz Ltd. are entitled to update the software belonging to the Application, to add new functions, or to modify or remove existing functions.
   9. HC LINEAR Ltd. and V-Busz Ltd. may suspend the operation of the Application, discontinue updating the Application and providing other support services, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate access to the Application altogether. The User may discontinue using the Application at any time.
   10. HC LINEAR Ltd. and V-Busz Ltd. disclaim all warranties with respect to the Application, Software, Content, including, but not limited to, any express, implied or statutory warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
   11. HC LINEAR Ltd. and V-Busz Ltd. shall not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application or the Content, or the performance thereof, or any loss of use, data or profits.
   12. In addition to what is expressly set forth in these Terms of Use, HC LINEAR Ltd. and V-Bus Ltd. do not assume any obligation with respect to the content within the Application, the specific functions of the Application, or its reliability, availability or suitability to meet the User’s needs HC LINEAR Ltd. and V-Bus Ltd. exclude the assumption of any warranty to the extent permitted by applicable law.
   13. HC LINEAR Ltd. and V-Busz Ltd. are entitled to modify these Terms of Use. Amendments shall be non-retrospective and shall enter into force at the earliest 192 hours after the date of their publication, whether or not accepted by the User.
   14. Acceptance shall be deemed to have been given if the User continues to use the Application after the entry into force of the amended Terms of Use. The amended Terms of Use are available on the V-BuszON+ application interface and on the website of V-Busz Kft. If new functionality is added to the Application or existing functionality is modified, the relevant software modifications shall enter into force immediately after installation. The new or modified functionality is also covered by these Terms of Use upon installation. If the User does not agree to the modified terms and conditions after the modification, the User must stop using the Application.
   15. HC LINEAR Ltd. and V-Busz Ltd. reserve all rights and claims arising from any matter not covered by these Terms of Use.
